I finally finished this mostly on the plane to Salt Lake City today (the rest in the hotel room). My first impression when I initially picked it up a while back was that it made me chuckle. A book is worthwhile if it makes one chuckle. I didn't laugh out loud, and my cheeks didn't hurt. I chuckled. This book comes with great expectations and sometimes that hurts an initial impression. However, on the plane today I thoroughly enjoyed it. The humor made me more than chuckle. The interplay of the wit with the illustrations was deft, the chapters slight which kept the pace brisk.Yesterday, one of my bookseller's said, "This is gonna such an easy hand sell. I’ll put this into the hands of any kid that likes Wimpy Kid or Big Nate." Sold.
